October 5 2022 - An early morning run 🏃♂️
I got up early and went for a run. Nearly 6 km. You can see my run statistics below.
The weather was nice and cool in the early morning. It was still a bit dark as I headed out and I took my head torch with me to use on one of the darker paths. That's the first time since last winter.
I later went to the office. I sat down and watched the busy life near Liverpool Street. Loads of people running around like ants.
