Another relatively quiet day. I had a talk at work to listen to and it was one of those ones that you don't need to interact. So I put my headphones on and went for a walk.

I walked for 45 minutes and the speaker was still talking. At least I got some fresh air and my steps in.

Not sure I was really listening 🤔
