February 3 2023 - Just made my 10k steps

It's been a long week. Thank god Friday came and I can stop working for the weekend.

I was working from home and had too many calls.

After work, I walked to the shops to buy soke milk. I really needed a good cup of tea.

That helped get my steps in a bit but I was still slightly unde 10k steps at night so walked around my bedroom to get the last steps in before I slept.
