March 8 2023 - A sprinkle of snow ❄️
I am glad I went for a run yesterday as today was bitterly cold and there was a sprinkle of snow in the morning. Later in the day it rained hard which took the snow away. It was still very cold though.
I had a busy day though and gave a talk in the evening for some university students for one of their societies. It was quite interesting and always great dealing with young people.
It got my steps in too just from travelling around London. I was tired by the end of the day though when I finally made it home.

Yes, I delegated RC to @youarealive and @actifit too, roughly a third each with the other third for myself. It seemed to work ok up until recently. Didn't seem to get much payout though. I messed it up by reducing my RC to nothing recently but it's back to normal now.
