It was a fresh morning with the outside temperature just hitting 1°C but the sun was up and starting to warm the world. Its one of the nicest times to go for a run. It felt lovely and invigorating.

There were a few dog walkers out and a couple of other runner but was quite quiet. I felt the peace.

I completed over 7 km with an ok pace. I felt really good afterwards. I had that adrenaline rush.

The rest of the day was quite quiet I worked from home due to train strikes.

I love the mornings at this time of year because it feels so fresh outside. Sometimes in the summer it gets hot for running pretty early.
