March 16 2023 - A quiet day at home

There were more train strikes today so I didn't venture into the office. I had quite a lot of work to do so spent the whole day at my laptop.

Slow step day 🤔😒

I do have one of those standing desks so try not to sit all day. I did a couple of meetings standing up.

I did also manage a short walk in the evening but wasn't far at all. Perhaps tomorrow?

I do love the standing desk. I find if I sit all day my back can ache so the standing desk breaks that routine. It's easy to adjust when I do want to sit.
