November 29 2023 - A cold morning run 🏃♂️
It was cold first thing when I headed out for my run - and dark.
I had to use my head torch for the first half or the run as the dawn slowly broke and the sky became lighter.
The sun still hadn't risen by the time I got home.
Only 3 weeks to the shortest day!
