My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2025
Welcome to my blog, I always go for evening workout exercise every day, I have done this for over a month now and it has really helped to improve my health.
Some benefits of my evening walk
- Before now I have had lots of inflammation around my umbilical axis and this resulted in severe pain, I had to take lots of diuretics and anti-inflammatory drugs to manage the pain, but after a week of consistent workout exercise I noticed a great difference, the inflammation reduced and my drug intake reduced as well.
- Before I started working out I always found it difficult to walk fast, and any little thing I would get tired, I had lots of calories and cholesterol that caused me to breathe very fast, but since I started working out, I burn lots of calories and I breathe far better than before.
I also believe that I will see more health benefits if I continue working out every evening.
Before evening
In the morning I woke very early, went out for what we call cart witnessing, the cart is placed in a central position where anyone interested can stop by and pick up our Bible based publication they can read at their convenient time.
I spent four hours on the cart witnessing and I came back home and had rest for two hours, then I went ahead to do some house chores.
5:40pm
By 5:40pm I dressed up and stepped out for my evening workout.

I started gradually then I increased my steps.
Listening to workout music on Spotify makes my exercise smoother and enjoyable.
Getting close to the express I spot the dusk looking so beautiful, the street was busy with people who were coming back from work, while some streets were so empty and made me walk more faster.

Am back home, had my bath, took a glass of chilled water, it's time to rest
