Good morning actifitters 👋
Yesterday was an intense day in which I was able to do a lot of useful things, which I'm glad about, but at the same time I was relaxed, I wasn't pressed by time. I had time for everything, including a nice afternoon walk in the park. My wife and I had decided to go pick up Raya earlier to play in the park, but we saw her having a good time with her kindergarten friends and decided to leave her and walked around the park for almost an hour before going to pick her up let's take when we saw that other parents were starting to pick up their children from kindergarten

I am very surprised that you walk so much every day that you get more then 20k steps.
That is why you have a control on your fitness and that is the main mission of Actifit tho.

yes, in general there is a rather intense daily life, luckily for me I don't work in an office where I am positioned in one place, but I move all day..Good luck
