It has been tough staying motivated some days especially if there is a lot going on that is negative but outside your control.

Ignoring or avoiding these negative energy sapping us from outside our control is simply just not an option.

Sometimes you can not even point at one cause and fixing everything is just not possible.

We have to sometimes face and ride these times out, do the best we can to find the right energy.

The more we work on ourselves the better we will become and this will start to influence those around you.

Then in return you will receive better energy that will feed you. The more of this energy you can harvest in your life the better influences will occur in your environment.

Unfortunately there is no quick fix for some people and instead they must endure.

Harvest as much good energy as possible but be sure to also share it with others so it spreads.

The more positive energy we can spread the better it will be for everyone.

Reach out to others around you offline, online wherever you can and share some positive energy.

If you don't know what to do just simply put a smile on it you may make someones day.

You are most welcome! I have a Samsung Galaxy S9... a great phone! I just always recommend folks to add what they are taking photos with. That way no one can question your content!
