Creating goals has helped me a lot by motivating me every single day to go out create, curate, and be active in general...

Yeah will have to do the same work on goals for the week i got a journal as well for ideas and notes trying to get more organised overall.

Funny i was thinking about that today, i kind of started that for my alive and thriving post so i just need to keep growing it from that i guess just keep it public.
