My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2023

Today is my last day of my work week.

As per usual, it was a rather busy but very productive day.

After work, I had a few household chores to attend to. My wife is out of town for a long weekend visiting family.

All in all, it was both productive and active as I was able to get more than my minimum activity in for the day.
