My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2023
Today’s flow was all steps and no reps. No lifting today, just lots of walking on the treadmill and elliptical. My feet we’re still a little sore from a few days ago, I think all the walking I did today gave my feet a good workout.
My main goal today was to hit 10k steps on my day off and I pulled it off. I also wanted to give my legs some time to fully recover before I hit legs again.
Really want to get some good quality deadlifts in on well rested legs
Probably gonna take a break tomorrow and just rest up. I want to get the last bit of soreness out of my legs and make my next lower body day one of the best of recent times…
