My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2023
It’s that time folks! Gotta get my night time actifit post in. Low steps high reps. And today I got a really good workout for my back.
Really good controlled reps. I’m almost ready to kick the resistance up a notch on certain exercises. The strength feels like it’s there. Maybe one more week here, 2 weeks tops, then I’m a put my strength to the test.
Got some post workout elliptical work in. Not quite ready for the run I. The treadmill yet but every day is a day closer for sure.
Either way I’ll easy my way into running again. Probably start with short intervals and work my way up from there…
But good day overall, well rested and got lots of things done!
