RE: Blanchy's Hot Take On Spurs

So Arsenal should get favouritism over Leeds as they are closer to a UCL spot?? They had 1 Covid case when they applied to have the game called off. Seems a bit unfair no?

No, as I said, it is not justifying. Just pointing out the difference. The FA doesn't stop the games on their own, there have to be requests. There was another game postponed as well. Arsenal had a combination of reasons, not the 1 covid case, including injuries and AFCON call ups. The team has virtually no midfield. In late December when Leeds asked, they got their match postponed against Villa.

I have read the post you refer to as well and decided not engage it because much like here, it focused on the Covid cases, which wasn't the main deciding factor in the ruling.

The comment about different realities is about how every point for Arsenal counts, which is why top clubs have asked for postponing repeatedly and let's not forget Pep, Klopp, and Tuchel's moaning about the boxing day matches format. For Leeds, it is a different case. Context matters and that was my point.

Either way, I support Man United in the PL, so I hope you both lose lol

It's not another teams fault if Arsenal have players away at the Afcon , loaned players out and have injuries. The covid ruling where teams apply to have games called off should not be for anything else other than Covid. Arsenal used it with one covid case which was Odengaard. The fact that some of the team are in Africa shouldn't come into it and it has. Surprised a man u supporter is defending Arsenal?? Even Neville is shouting from rooftops about it. Yee have your own problems! 🤣🤣
