My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2023
Spring is coming. It’s not yet always visible in the air, but on the ground you can start to see it. The little buds of flowers popping up in the grass. You can’t see it in the air, but you can feel it!
Meaning: I want to get outside again! And a lot! So I did… I went for three walks today, to average ones, and a long one. And as of that’s not enough, I also spent 1.5 hours on the stationary bike!
Yup, I kicked it today!!!
