From Grey to Golden: A Monday in Motion
There’s something humbling about stepping outside before sunrise, especially after the clocks jump forward. This morning felt like I was dragging winter’s last breath out for one final walk, grey, cold, and sleepy. But I showed up anyway.
And a few hours later? Boom. Blue skies, shimmering reflections, and sunshine that made it all worth it. It’s like the world said, “Thanks for showing up early, here’s a reward.”
I ended the day with 21.5k steps and 16.5km under my belt. Not bad for a Monday that started like a grayscale documentary.
This is your reminder that the mood might start low, but it doesn’t mean the whole day will stay that way. Keep walking, both literally and metaphorically. The light shows up eventually.
