It is a little surprising that more companies are not involved in this. It seems like there is a core five or six and that is about it. With all of the performance lines out there It doesn't seem like it would be too much for some other company to design and engine and give it a try.

The cost is huge and more likely a joint venture is required. Haas has 212 employees and they are very small compared to the other operations going on. One comment was Mercedes has more people on holiday at any given time than Haas has working for them.
