That looks like a really cool path to walk, jog, or run down. I skipped my workout this morning. I did a two mile walk run lift workout yesterday morning and I also tried to do one of the Navy Seal Burpee's that @ericvancewalton was talking about. I was able to do it, but I don't think my form was quite right. I'll definitely be working on it.

You don't get many cars up there as it's a dead end, so pretty safe for running. The photo is looking down the hill. The trees are starting to wake up now.
There are so many different workouts you can do. Just have to find some and stick to them to see improvements. I tend to make up my own.
That's kind of what I have been doing lately. Taking pieces from other workouts I found online and putting them together into something that I don't hate doing.
Most people don't do any regular exercise, so we're doing okay really. I spend my working day at a desk, so I need to do something.
