She does it quicker than some people I've seen. We have some people in their 80s at our event. Some of them volunteer just about every week and they enjoy socialising.

Oh! That would be devastating to me. Good thing we have it completely enclosed in our backyard with six foot fence and a giant rock wall, hopefully no dear... We do have rabbits…

Nice! It might indeed be a good idea do some checks first. Tires can dry out and you don't want a flat tire halfway 😬 And a dried out chain will make it a noisy ride 😀 Anyways! Have fun!

You should do what you can. I think getting out can help in part when getting over illness. I'm just happy that I'm functioning well at the moment. I don't take that for granted.

That's not great so get well soon. Running gets me out of the house as I spend too much time looking at screens otherwise.
