Day 1447 | 60-Minute Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Friday was an ok day as I went on a 60-Minute early evening walk pretty much going outside for a longer time the first time in a couple weeks. I intend to do this daily from here on out if the weather allows it. I also managed to drink around 2 liter which I will try to at least keep up. This weekend will be the last playday in the regular season in the Belgian league so that will have some of my attention.
