Day 1456 | Sunday 17k Steps Extended Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Another day and another long walk as I extended it a bit on Sunday doing 17k steps straight in 1 go. I continue to enjoy it even though it's taking up quite a bit of time. Sunday is the cup final and I intend to go on another probably shorter walk afterward. I didn't fully manage to keep my appetite low yesterday going to get some potato chips & cookies for the evening which messed with my sleep. I did drink quite some water though and my weight continue to go down a bit day-by-day.
