Day 1462 | Extended 3-Hour Saturday Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I continue to be ahead of track of my goal to do 200k steps extra on top of the walking I do inside my appartment. I discovered that one of the really nice walking routes I used to drive to with my car has actually a much closer entry point very close to the 2-hour regular route I'm walking these days so on Saturday I added that to the mix doing a 3-hour+ walk with little to no real resting which added up to over 20k steps. It is quite a challenge to do 20k steps a day though especially when not spreading them around. I highly enjoyed the walk and will take this extended route more often from here on out.
