I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I have 1 more day to go in my 200k steps in 10 days challenge and I'm far ahead of schedule that it will be an easy task to reach it. I did another 20k+ lonh 3-hour walk on Saturday after getting some initial work done. In the evening I mainly followed the 2 football matches that were on.
