Day 1472 | Morning Run & Family Day


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I once again went on a short 15 minute morning run on Tuesday doing some basic reps before and I might continue this going forward. I managed to be quite productive in the hours after and went home to have a fun family day. Main problem on Tuesday remains the food as there is always so much less healthy option available just on the top of my finger tips at my parents place. I really need to find a solution for that as I ate just a bit too much again.

On wednesday I will start a new challenge going doing 5x5 hot yoga classes over the course of the month so 25 in total.
