Day 1526 | Wimbledon - Fasting - Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I plan to closely follow Wimbledon the next couple of week which should help me get some more structure into my life. The goal during that time is to also each day do an intermittent fasting having about 1 hour during the day where I eat all my food which worked quite well yesterday. I also continue to go on evening walks of just over 1 hour now as I extended my regular route a bit.

Tuesday will be a fun family day as my nieces have vacation. I also might go for a swim but I'm not sure yet.
