Day 1603 | Monday 3-Hour Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Another good day on monday doing all the things I set out to do keeping up with my goals to do some exercise each and every day now going for a long 3-Hour walk doing just around 20k steps.

Daily Food Journal Sunday September 12th
I continued eating the seed crackers I made on Sunday and I also in the evening made some 4 paprikas in the oven along with some onion and garlic. I did drink 2.5 liter of water and also 750 ml of a fresh froot smoothie. During the day I also ate some apples. So overall enough food but all of it plant based and healthy.

Today Goals
Tuesday as always will be my family day, I will likely go out for a short morning run or/and do some bench presses. This followed by some productivity in the morning while going home in the afternoon mostly to spent some time with my nieces. In the evening I aim to be back at my place in time for the champions League match.

I think it's incredible that you're still going after all this time and logging everything! Congratulations to you for building the habit and sticking with it. No doubt you're feeling incredible and reaping the benefits. Inspiring to all :-)

Thanks, like you say it really turned into a daily habit first thing in the morning. If anything, It is also helping a lot to not go completely off track. I still have a lot of progress to make though and it kind of always switches between good an less good periods. Currently I'm fully motivated again and hope to keep this streak going for a year to also really make it just into a habit and be done with the swings.
