Day 1637 | 5km Morning Run!


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I started my Sunday with an extended morning run which turned out to be just above 5km and My aim is to have this as my regular route now on days when the weather allows it. It feels like the perfect amount to have some sweat without really needing to push or comit a crazy amount of time.

I also did my reps, keep my eathing healthy and had a fun interesting football betting day.

Daily Food Journal
I ate my usual smoothie in the morning along with some vegan lasagna and some nut bars.

Today Goals
I will do my regular tasks on monday, do my reps and go eat with my downstairs neighbours this evening to end up with another monday tv night.
