Day 1641 | Tennis Thursday



I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thursday was a pretty active day playing an hour of 1-on-1 tennis followed by a walk to the supermarket and also doing my daily reps once again. Overall I'm in a pretty good flow but will need a couple of fasting days to also start getting my weight down a bit faster as there is limited progress on that end. I also handiapped and watched the 2 final matches of week 13 with some excellent results.

Daily Food Journal
I ate a proteine shake smoothie, 2 vegan hamburgers along with some beans in tomato sauce and some nuts.

Today Goals
I plan to go on morning runs the next couple of days while going about my regular business.
