Day 1642 | 5km Friday Morning Run!


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I aim to go on my now regular 5km run 4 days in a row following that up with a swimming session on Tuesday. I'm quite comfortable right now doing 5 km and the goal right now is to each time improve a bit on my time. Previously I did it in 6.43 Minutes each Kilometer while yesterday I took this down to 6.41 minutes. While it's not in any way spectacular, there are also some stairs along the way. I probably will just track this once each week or every couple of days.

Daily Food Journal
I didn't eat until late in the afternoon and had a rather big meal with Soup at the start, Vegan Sausages with Apple Sauce (3 apples), and some fresh Pinnaple after. I also baked healthy cookies with Oats, fresh Coconut and dates of which I ate way too many when they were done.

Today Goals
Pretty much business as usual on Saturday with the aim to do a 5km morning run, keep my eating clean, do my reps, and have my focus on the football matches.
