Day 1690 | Tennis Thursday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I played another hour of tennis on Thursday pretty much straigh after getting out of my bed as I'm in it still way too long. Not only because of the cold but also because I don't have enough reasons right now to really get out of it. I will do an attempt to switch this around and aim to join the morning hot yoga class on Sunday.

Daily Food Journal
I continue to stick to healthy food eating a banana, cracers with peanut butter, and some paprika Soup yesterday. I also continue to drink enough water.

Today Goals
Friday will likely be a slow day with not much planned at all. I do start feeling the need for some more unhealthy food and avoiding that will be my main goal.

Goodgreetings, I guess you just turned me on with tennis,a game I've played for several years now to the point of being a coach currently.
Yeah that's me in that pic taken as I wrote this.

Good to see how tennis is playing a good role for your health, indeed it's great to burn off and ward off unwanted fats. I hope you resist the temptation of unhealthy foods today too.
