Day 1719 | Monring Walk & Kitchen Time


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I continue to go on 1-Hour morning walks and will contiue to do so on days when the weather is dry. It looks quite windy and wet at the moment so I might skip Saturday. I was productive during the day and my mind covid symptoms are starting to go away which should make me ready on monday to resume my hot yoga classes. I did spent time in my kitchen to make some vegetably curry for the weekend and will be cooking some rice on saturday to go with that. In the evening the Belgian League started again and I feel fresh and sharp handicapping it making some good profit on the frst match. This was done quite late and while I still aimed to watch a movie, my player didn't support the file type and my chromebook wasn't strong enough which made it studder. I tried another one but it was the same issue. I could have watched a 2-Hour+ movie but was too tired at that point not wanting to leave my sleep before a busy weekend.

Januray Movie #6: Tomorrow

The movies that I tried Friday were The Outfit and Pitite maman which both had not too long of a lenght. I also have Everything, Everywhere all at once ready which I'm really curious for but that one is over 2 Hours and I want to be sharp for it.

I didn't fully eat clean wih some bread with hazelnut spread in the morning, some oven mini lumpias, some vegetable Curry and also cookies in the evening.

Today Goals
Most of my focus on Saturday and sunday will go into handiapping and watching the football matches.
