Day 1734 | Football Watching Weekend

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Not that much was up on Saturday and as usual I watched all the football matches even though my attention wasn't that much on them and I only had a minimum number of bets. Right now it just feels that there is very little edge and that the bookies are just spot on in the lines they are offering. I'll see how it goes on Sunday with 4 more games.

Daily Food Journal
I ate a smoothie in the early afternoon and some bread in the early evening along with some cookies so my eating habits are not fixed yet.

Today GoalsI will try to fully put my focus again on the football matches and I intend to make rice with some vegetable curry I still have left in my freezer from cooking last week.
