Day 1736 | 80-Minute Late Afternoon Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Monday was an ok day but by no means perfect. I stayed in bed way to long while I managed to be quite productive during the afternoon to go on a 80-Minute walk afterward. I did stop by the supermarket to get some food that wasn't that healthy and made it into a tv-watching evening.

Daily Food Journal
I ate a banana in the morning and some bread with cucumber salad in the evening while dinging just shy of 1.5 liter water.

Today GoalsI aim to go on another walk and keep up the productivity on Tuesday, Wednesday will be a family day andon Thursday I will play tennis to start another month of hot yoga after that.
