Day 1770 | Football & Boxing


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

It was a pretty regular Sunday mostly being occupied with the football matches and once again eating too much. I also wathed the Paul vs Fury fight in the evening as the website of the belgian newspaper I'm signed up for broadcasted it.


Daily Food Journal
I ate some sandwiches, some lasagna and a pizza in the evening.

Today GoalsIt's the end of the month and I'm taking it slow doing my regular monday activities gearing up for another attempt to do better health wise in March. I do aim to join another hot yoga class in the evening and try to limit my eating.
