Day 1781 | Tennis


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I didn't have much going on yesterday as the rainy conditions made me skip my morning walk. I did play an hour of tennis as usual which was plenty of fun and I kept my eating limited to 2 small appes in the morning and 2 veggieburgers. Losing weight still is quite a big challenge as I struggle to get it down below 70kg again which I consider my absolute maximum 'acceptible' weight. I also felt the 'hunger' or urge to eat quite a bit but resisted the temptation and aim to do a fasting day on Sunday to actually make some progress as I'm still only down to 72kg right now where I expected the initial Kilos the fly off due to the higher activity and lower eating.

Today GoalsI'm not sure if I will get a morning walk in as it's raining again but I will for sure joing a lunchbreak yoga session and try to keep my eating in check.
