Day 1795 | Walk+Tennis+Yoga+Reps


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thursday as planned was an active day also eating very healthy and drining over 3 Liters of water. I started out with a morning walk followed by a 1-Hour Tennis session and in the early evening a Hot Yoga Class. Inbetween I ended u doing 100 Bench Presses, 100 Squats, & 100 Knee ups which I aim to do daily from here out out the coming weeks.

I ate a smoothie, some soup and some rice in the evening.

Today GoalsI'll do another morning walk, join a 60-Minute lunchbreak yoga session, maybe head into the city after to get a gift for my youngest niece who soon has her birthday. I also aim to do another 3x100 reps.
