Day 1798 | Sunday Water Fast & 12km Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

By now, I managed to do a 40 Hour+ Water fast while also going on a long walk yesterday in a group I had subscribed for. The weather conditions were not optimal but is still was quite fun and I'm glad I came along. So pretty good da making a lot of progress on my weightloss goals.

I only drank water on Sunday

Today GoalsI aim to kick off the day with another walk before breaking my fast with a smoothie. I also aim to spend some tie in the kitchen in the afternoos preparing some fresh food that is healthy and has not too high calories before joining an evening hot yoga session.
