Day 1799 | Monday 2+ Hour Walk & Evening Yoga


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I started out the week with a long 2 Hour+ Morning walk being in a fully fasted state not having eaten for 40+ Hours. After my walk I probably ate a bit too many calories as these add up with peanut butter but I did keep everything healthy. I also went to another hot yoga class with 5 more to go before my month ends. In the evening I cleaned everything and put everything ready so I can leave early for a swim on Tuesday aiming to do at least 1.5 km.

To my surprise, I managed to go down to 70kg again despite eating quite a lot and I expected this to be 1kg more. So things are going quite well and I'm good on track toward 68kg and below which I haven't hit in a long time. The main thing now is to keep going and not revert back to bad eating habits as usual.

Daily Food Journal
I ate a smoothie proteine shake in the morning along with an entire bag of rice wafles with some peanut butter during the day and I also made fresh zucchini pasta with tomato sause and diced mushrooms as a meat replacement.

Today GoalsThe goal is to stay as much away from unhealthy food even though I do anticipate eating a couple of cookies. I will do a 1.5km+ Swim and hopefully have another fun family day.
