Day 1802 | 2-Hour+ Morning Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thurday was half a good da with a 2 Hour+ morning walk as there was nobody to play tennis with and some healthy eating with and apple and some zucchine. However, I skipped on a hot yoga class again in the evening and went out to get french fries. So overall I'm experiencing sme lack in motivation again after a great week last time around. I hope to turn it around again over the weekend.
