Day 1853 | Morning Walk & Watching Football


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Saturday was an ok day as I went out on a morning walk and also an afternoon walk while following the 2 football matches in the evening before going to bed. I also started to drink more water and from Monday going forward I will start my new 60 Day (8-9 Week Challenge).

Today GoalsSimilar to Saturday I will follow the football matches and try to limit the damage on the unhealthy eating side.

Love the approach of damage control. That's what I do on the weekend. I go hard out during the week but the weekend is just limiting how bad I eat
