Day 1865 | Morning Walk + Hot Yoga + 3x100 Reps


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thursday as the first day of a new month was one where I checked all the boxes. I started with a extended 70+ Minute morning walk and some reps followed by some productivity, an afternoon nap, some clean eating, more reps and a hot yoga class and during the day I also cleaned my appartment finishing the day completing the 3x100 reps in Bench Press, Squats, Knee Ups..

The goal is to feel a slight muscle discomfort alway in the next couple months but this isn't quite there today so I will start upping the weight a bit already.

Today GoalsPretty much copy-paste Thursday going for a morning run getting some initial reps in, a lunchbreak hot yoga session and an afternoon nap combined ith some productivity and more reps to complete the full set.
