Day 1866 | More Walking, Yoga, & Reps

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Another good day in the books starting with a morning walk followed by already doing 3x80 Reps and a lunchbreak hot yoga session which left me quite lazy in the afternoon spending most of it in my couch with the tennis on the background. I also ate a bit too much but kept it healthy and drank over 3.5 Liter of water in total.

Today GoalsSaturday will be another rinse and repete day before attempting another 48 Hour water fast From Saturday to Monday.
