Day 1876 | Strong Hot Monday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Monday wa sanother very hot day during the heat wave and I considered going home passing by the swimming pool to cool down. Since that already is the plan on Tuesday, I just followed my current daily routine of doing reps in the mornings (100x Bench / 100x Squat / 100x knee-up) folllowed by a 1-hour+ walked, some productivity in the early afternoon while eating something. After that I tend to take a nap and join a 90-Minute Hot Yoga session in the Early evening to lay in my cauch watching some tv after.

Today Goals I will as usual make Tuesday into a full Family day and go for a swim to cool down.
