Humidifier

Today is to fix some problems with my nose. Due to the dry heat outside and inside the house 🏠 your nose 👃 start to dry up and occasionally it will bleed 🩸 the steps you can take to reduce or heal the bleed is;

• Watermelon 🍉 yup eat watermelon 🍉 because it has so much water inside so it can hydrate you enough to combat the heat and dryness in the air.

• Humidifier another way is to breathe this steam while you're in your room because most air conditioning in UAE is dry cold air in order to make the air moist you need humidifier.

• Alfacort cream not sure how to pronounce this cream but it's good to moisturise inside of your nose if there is bleeding and there is crust you put it there with cotton swap and it will melt (I think it's the wrong word) but yea it will melt so the crust will not poke inside your nose to cause even further bleeding.

Don't be surprised if you come here and see people have nose bleeds It's normal especially among kids. If you want to come to the UAE better come on winter ❄️ the weather is nice here winter time but it's quite cold ❄️ though.

Other than that just cleaning 🧹 the house doing laundry and Most of the time finding these two items cream and Humidifier if my nose is a bit better will do another Workout tomorrow see you again.
