There is his one CEO in the US I believe I'm sure some of you heard this story it's a company where he decided to give everyone at least 70k per year salary so if your salary was 35k per year everyone will follow the 70k per year rule.

Everyone said this company will close within a year but a year later they hired more people to the company profit raises etc.
It's even on the news 🗞️ the best thing I see is everyone started a family because of the high salary they being paid everyone said they can afford a child 🚸 I was happy to watch this it's such a happy moment for everyone who works in that company.

Even productivity of the workers was up I was thinking 💭 when I have my own company I want my workers to have good salaries no matter what work they do such as cleaner, waiter or whatever the title is I want everyone to have high salaries so they come to work with passion because they know they get a healthy salary by the end of the month.

Yes I'm not sure if it's true but they said the weekends used to be Friday and Saturday but recently they changed to Saturday and Sunday due to the huge number of expatriates going into the country.
