I watch this podcast Diary of a CEO he talks to this Sex Expert Tracey Cox and I think this is a great lesson for us especially in the modern world 🌎 where cheating, lying and manipulation is the new trend in relationships. This is an honest and healthy way to be in a relationship whether you're single or with someone currently this is a good read enjoy
Love is kind it's not blind.
You need to separate yourself sometimes and see your partner when they are not with you notice how attractive they are and how many other man and woman wants them too.
you both need to look as good as you can so your partner always be attracted to you.
Monogamy is attractive to men but not to women that is why men need to spice things up because women Orgasm are more complicated than men. Men need to put in more work to make themselves attractive to their women.
women get bored faster than men not the other way around.

if you disagree about trying something new give them an alternative so the conversation can go on and remember it's your life partner love is not easy there is work to do.
