Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Ground chicken 🍗🐔
Garlic 🧄
Onion 🧅
Egg 🍳🥚 white

For the soup 🍲

Chicken 🍗 bones
Ginger
Bay leaves
Onion 🧅
Garlic 🧄
Spring onion 🧅
Salt 🧂 and pepper 🌶️🫑

Rice 🌾 noodles blanched
Bok choy blanched

Sambal recipe you guys just check on the internet. Secret 😂

This dish is called Bakso in Sabah Malaysia the ingredients online might be different but you should get the taste good.
