My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2025

Hey guys!


Right after the early work shift I went to the gym. Back and triceps were on the menu. I worked out for 1:30h.

At the and I walked the stairways to hell for 30min.

I had some leftovers from yesterday, a sausage and two eggs for breakfast. 😂

After the gym I started to cook. You see the photos at the top of the post. Fried potatoes with onions and bacon, mergues sausages and vegan crispy sticks. The salad was made with things from our field. So good.
