My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2026

Hit my 5,000 steps goal today along with a solid Push Day session! I managed to lift a total volume of 3,577 kg focusing on Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. My bench press felt great at 90 lbs. Glad I didn't miss my goal today like I did yesterday. Consistency starts now!
